Real Estate Rewards

The Real Estate Rewards Program is designed specifically for credit union members, and is available nationwide for members interested in buying or selling a home in or near Millstone Township, NJ. This program provides a Member Advocate for each member to oversee the real estate transaction, assistance with mortgage information and a cash reward up to $2,500.00 to members enrolled in the program after the closing of the transaction. There is no cost to the members to enroll.

Guidelines for Member Enrollment:
To be eligible to participate in the program, an individual must:

1. Be a current member of the credit union in good standing;
2. Not be a signatory to a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement or any other agreement with a real estate brokerage firm;
3. Register with the Real Estate Rewards counselor prior to contacting any real estate agent;
4. Work exclusively with the assigned agent through completion of the transaction(s) or contact the Real Estate Rewards counselor for assistance;
5. Not be registered with any other real estate affinity program prior to or after having registered in the Real Estate Rewards program;
6. And not be registered with any relocation services program.
